Each of the Website Entities is a separate legal entity and no legal relationship or association between them exists and no joint liability or mutual obligation should be implied or assumed to exist between and among the Website Entities and/or any other person or entity related thereto by reason of this Website. A legal relationship or association between said Website Entities is expressly denied and no joint liability or mutual obligation between the website Entities is created by the Website, notwithstanding the common use of the Cedarwood trade name herein or in any other medium, the sharing of and/or the inter-related nature of the pages of this Website, and/or any commonality of office location, management personnel, ownership and/or control between and among such Website Entities.
